He's probably done a transformational endoscopic discectomy. Difficult to get to the L5-S1 disc because of the iliac crest but well manoeuvred and good placement.

No this is not transfonaminal endoscopic discectomy...possibly it is a hydrodiscectomy or nucleoplasty probe...plus positioning of the probe is also not at acceptable position

Sivasabaapathi Palanisamy - congrats and well done .L5S1 disc is always difficult by this approach ...most prefer the interlaminar app at that level esp in high iliac crest ...It would have been nice if u wud hv posted the procedure video itself ...anyways ..very good job done .
